His previous roles include Co-Director at Everbright Securities (Hong Kong) and Director at Everbright Property, where he led major property acquisitions and investment initiatives. He later served as Director at Kai Chang Construction Engineering, overseeing high-end retail projects for luxury brands such as Chanel in China. His executive experience also includes senior management roles in supply chain, finance, and global operations. He is a founding council member of the Greater China Financial Professionals Association and a Hong Kong district committee member of the CPPCC in Heyuan. With his extensive cross-sector expertise, he plays a pivotal role in driving the fund’s strategy to professionalize and capitalize its student accommodation portfolio. 

Mr. Zhang Zhilong is a dedicated financial services professional with 15 years of experience. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance and is dually licensed in securities, futures, estate agency, and insurance in Hong Kong.He began his career at Chung Yuen Financial, where he executed trades in equities, bonds, and funds, and advised on corporate financing for listed companies. Since then, he has expanded his expertise to include real estate, with experience in commercial building acquisitions and leasing. Additionally, he designs comprehensive insurance solutions for both corporate groups and listed firms. As a regular commentator in the financial media, he offers a well-rounded and practical perspective on the fund’s investment and risk management strategies. 

Ms. Chen Yanyan has dedicated nearly 20 years to the education and migration sectors, earning a reputation for insightful student career planning and cross-cultural advisory services. She previously held senior marketing roles with global brands such as Konka, TCL, and EF Education. In 2018, she founded her own study-abroad and immigration consultancy, establishing strong partnerships with leading universities in Hong Kong and mainland China. Her deep understanding of student needs spans both online and offline channels, and she continues to advise on talent development and career pathways for young professionals in Hong Kong. She is also the founder of the Ruigangzhi Group and serves as Vice President of the Hong Kong Limited Partnership Family Office Association.
